Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are expecting a little bundle of joy. Fox, 38, revealed she is pregnant with her fourth child on Monday with a slick Instagram post, posing naked covered in what appeared to be black oil as she cradles her baby bump in the first of two photos.

Actor Megan Fox revealed that she is pregnant in an Instagram photo that is simply dripping with intrigue. In the image, Fox is cradling her belly while kneeling in what looks like a puddle of black paint oozing down from her skin. She stares into the camera wearing an expression that may be proud, or defiant, or both.

Fans previously suspected that Megan Fox was pregnant in July 2024 when she appeared in Machine Gun Kelly and Jelly Roll’s music video for their song “Lonely Road.” Throughout the video, the mainstream sellout artist kissed and embraced Fox’s baby bump. The video has a time jump to eight months later with the couple smiling with a baby girl.
