Over two years since its premiere, Star Wars: Andor has been revealed to be receiving its long-awaited second season. The next run of the series is slated to arrive on Disney+ on April 22, 2025.

Andor isn’t just top-tier Star Wars storytelling, it’s hands-down one of the best TV shows of the decade so far. Fans have been patiently waiting for news of its season 2 release, and Disney has finally confirmed the Rogue One prequel series will return in April 2025.

Over the weekend, during Lucasfilm’s panel at the D23 Brasil event, it was confirmed that the second season of Andor will begin on April 22nd, 2025. That’s since been confirmed by social media. The second run again comprises 12 episodes, as four trilogies, spanning the gap between the first season and the start of Rogue One.

Star Wars is forever bringing back elements of the prior Extended Universe and Andor Season 2 is doing its bit by featuring a ship from a 1994 video game.
