Federal and state election officials rebutted claims of widespread fraud. They said there are longstanding systems to ensure voting integrity.

They say billionaire Elon Musk’s Starlink technology manipulated votes to benefit President-elect Donald Trump. Starlink is an internet provider that uses satellites to provide connectivity; it’s a subsidiary of Musk’s commercial spaceflight company SpaceX.

The analysis, published by NewsGuard, found that there is “no evidence” to suggest that Starlink was used to influence the election for Trump after misleading claims circulated on social media about voter fraud in last week’s contest. Starlink is an internet provider owned by Musk, who is a top supporter of the president-elect.
