"Pretty Woman" star Richard Gere has sold the Connecticut estate he purchased from musician Paul Simon for $10.75 million, just a few months after he voiced his desire to leave the U.S. and pursue a life in Spain.

The 1938 house sits on 32 acres of land and features six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a pool, multiple gardens and a three-bedroom guest cottage.
