LETCHER COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - The funeral service is now schedule for Judge Kevin Mullins, who died on Thursday. According to Hall and Jones Funeral Home, the service will be held on Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Jenkins High School Gymnasium. The visitation is scheduled from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Jenkins High School Gymnasium.
