Alabama will hold races for its seven congressional districts, as well as a race for chief justice of the Supreme Court. There's also one state measure on the ballot dealing with the Franklin County Board of Education.

The United States Supreme Court ordered the Alabama to redraw its congressional map after finding the current layout gerrymandered in a 5-4 ruling. Candidates Elizabeth Anderson, Gary Palmer and Kevin Stewart will now face off for the state's 6th Congressional District seat.
