India's largest renewable energy company, will sign a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL)

Adani Green Energy will sign a long-term Power Purchase Agreement PPA with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited MSEDCL for the supply

Adani Power secured the order through a competitive bidding process initiated by MSEDCL for procurement of combined 1600 MW thermal and 5000 MW solar power.

Adani Green Energy and Adani Power Limited have signed long-term agreements with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited to supply 5 GW solar power and 1496 MW thermal power. This move aims to enhance Maharashtra's renewable energy mix and support India's clean energy transition.

Adani Green Energy will supply 5 GW (or 5,000 MW) of solar power to Maharashtra, while Adani Power will provide 1,496 MW (net) thermal power to the state.

Adani Power and Adani Green Energy shares surged after securing a Letter of Intent for a combined 6,600 MW of hybrid solar and thermal power from Maharashtra State DISCOM.
